To register for the seminar please complete the form below. Course links will be emailed November 18 once payment is received and certificates will be emailed the following Thursday. There is no charge for re-takes for current Professional APT Members (initial seminar is $75) and Health Department officials. If you sign up for this class and cannot attend we can either issue a refund or you have ONE opportunity to reschedule. If you do not attend your chosen rescheduled date your registration fee is then considered a donation.
Class size is limited to 100 people! Also, please note that this is our full 5 hour BBP course.
