This is a lecture seminar that covers the proper procedure of dealing with legislative issues that directly involve or affect the Tattoo Industry. This seminar will cover all of the legislative levels from the Local Government to the Federal Government. It will teach you how to become involved with the bureaucracy that looks to govern the Tattoo Industry, as well as how to organize a Guild to represent the Tattoo Industry in any and all legislative issues.
