APT'S TATTOO RENDEZVOUS

Advance registration for the 2008 Tattoo Rendezvous is $40.00 and $50.00 at the door for late arrivals. As a registered conventioneer, you will be able to attend the Thursday night reception party, enter contest, and attend lectures. Some seminars will require APT membership…

Friday July 18

Contest entries accepted all day. You can pick up your pre-registration packets after 10am and late registrations will be available until 6pm.
The ballroom will open to Booth Holders from 8-10 FOR SETUP and State Booth Inspections from 10-12. Open to conventioneers and the public at noon and close at 11 pm. Lectures for registered conventioneers will be posted and printed in your programs. Live Music will play from 7 pm until 11 pm. 10 pm Tattoo of the Day.

Saturday July 19

The Ballroom will open at noon and close at 11pm. The Tattoo contest will be held on the bandstand in the ballroom. The time will be in the program and posted at the Tattoo Rendezvous desk. The flash & photo contests will be on display until Sunday. Only registered conventioneers may vote on this contest.
All ballots must be turned into the registration desk by 2 pm on Sunday! Live entertainment will play from 7 pm until 11 pm. 10 pm Tattoo of the Day.

Sunday July 20
The ballroom will open at noon and will close at 8pm.

ALL BALLOTS MUST BE TURNED IN AT THE REGISTRATION DESK BY 2PM. NO EXCEPTIONS! Awards will be presented at 5pm.and at 7pm the tattoo of the day.....

CONTESTS
THERE WILL BE LIVE AND PHOTO COMPETITIONS

The live competition will be held in the Ballroom on Saturday, and judged by a panel of well-known artists. Any live competition with less than three entrees will be canceled. All contests will have a first place only. There will be a plaque awarded to the primary artist and a trophy to the contestant. The photo and flash competitions will be voted on by registered conventioneers ONLY. Everyone participating in the competitions will be awarded a certificate of appreciation.
ALL ENTRIES IN THE COMPETITIONS MUST BE COMPELTED BY NOON FRIDAY.

LIVE TATTOO CONTEST
ALL CONTESTANTS MUST BE REGISTERED CONVENTIONEERS OF THE TATTOO RENDEZVOUS 2008. All tattoos that are entered in the live contests must be fully healed. The contestants will be judged Saturday following their appearance on stage. Failure to be judged will result in your disqualification.

Previous Winner's May Not Enter The Same Tattoo, Flash, Or Photos In The Same Category That They Have Won With Before. All contestants will be eligible to enter two categories in the live contest, but not the same Tattoo. Except in best overall.

TATTOO OF THE DAY
A daily award will be given for the BEST TATTOO OF THE DAY. All are eligible to compete as long as the tattoo was done on the convention floor. Trophy's awarded each night.
PHOTO CONTEST
All entries must be framed or matted. (16 X 20 or smaller). One entry per category only! FLASH CONTEST
All flash sheet entries must be framed or matted. (11 X 14 not to exceed 11 X 17 we will allow an extra 2 inches for framing). One entry per category only!
